21. Bc6! Bxf4? This is a tremendous mistake that in fact loses the game. Black had obviously to play 21. ... Ba8(!) trusting the power of Her Majesty as a blocker (22. Bxd6 Qxd6) — but, sincerely speaking, no one should ask a Queen to turn herself into a Knight!
22. Qxf4 Bxc6 23. dxc6 Qc7. No better is 23. ... Qe6 24. c7 (intending Qf4-a4) 24. ... Qxa2 25. g3 and the c7-Pawn completely paralyses Black’s position. And, after all, 23. ... Rfd8 24. Rxd8+ Qxd8 25. c7 Qd7 26. h4 may be a little more resilient, but it cannot make much difference.


24. Rd6! Rcd8 25. Rcd1 h6 26. g3. No wonder Black will soon end up in zugzwang.
26. ... Rxd6 27. Rxd6 Rc8. 27. ... Rd8 28. Rxd8+ Qxd8 29. c7 Qd7 30. Qc4 Qc8 31. Qc6 also leads to a zugzwang-like position.
28. Qe5! b5 29. Qd5! Kh7 30. Qe4+ Kg8


31. Rd7! Qa5. 31. ... Qxc6?? 32. Rd8+! loses the Queen.
32. c7 Rf8 33. Qe7 1 : 0.
