A questionable corollary to the previous (bad) idea, evidently aimed to prevent Be2-h5. Black, however, does not seem to have particularly better moves; for instance: 12. ... Nxe4?? 13. Bh5 Rh7 14. Re1 with a devastating attack. 13. f4!+− Black is in a very serious mess, just to put it euphemistically. 13. ... h4 14. fxg5 Nxe4. 14. ... hxg3 15. Rxf6 would equally lead to a disaster. 15. Bf4! Bg7 16. Bxc4 0-0



17. g6! fxg6 18. Bxe6+ Kh7 19. Qg4 1 : 0. 韦奕 (Wéi Yì) must have been in a bad mood.
