The 18th European Individual Women’s Chess Championship starts today in Riga, Latvia. 146 participants will compete for the title of Miss Europe and even to share a total money prize of €75,000 €uros. The top seeds are Anna & Mariya Muzychuk, Kateryna Aleksandrovna Lagno, Nana Dzagnidze, Antoaneta Stefanova, and so on in Elo-rating order.
