To our astonishment, Viola Rocchini, priceless teacher and virtuoso dancer of Associazione Culturale “Il Delta della Luna”, gave us a big Boletus edulis (porcino) mushroom as a gift. It was discovered and picked up by Viola’s father around the Mugello valley near Florence.
