Professor Ugo Mattei, one of the founders of the “Commissione Du.Pre (Dubbio e Precauzione)” (“Doubt and Precaution Commission”), in an interview to Mariachiara Giacosa for la Repubblica of December 31, 2021, called the introduction of the super green pass on buses and trains “a further unconstitutional act: prohibiting access to essential services such as public transport to unvaccinated people means tarnishing the Article 3 of the Constitution and legality on the whole. Now it is time for the Resistance to rise up”. When asked what kind of resistance, Mattei responded, “For example, taking the bus refusing to show the pass, very similarly to what Rosa Parks did in Montgomery, Alabama”. |
