Professor Ugo Mattei, one of the founders of the “Commissione Du.Pre (Dubbio e Precauzione)” (“Doubt and Precaution Commission”), announced today from the stage at Piazza Castello in Turin, Italy — where a mass rally was taking place against the government’s authoritarian drift — the birth of the “National Liberation Committee”, which takes its name from the homonymous political umbrella organisation that channeled the Italian Resistance in the Second World War, and is likewise aimed at freeing the country from oppressors.
