An all-women match, Kazakhstan vs. the World, will take place in Astana, the capital city of Kazakhstan, from April 17–19, 2023, as a side programme to the World Chess Championship match between 丁立人 (Dīng Lìrén) and Ian Alexandrovich Nepomniachtchi. The two teams will play in rapid time control on April 17–18, and blitz on April 19. Each team is formed by eight players (four seniors and four juniors).
