On Monday, July 1, 2019 ten of thousands people staged a mass celebration of the 22nd anniversary of 香港 (Hong Kong) handover to China, which culminated into a group exhibition at the 立法會綜合大樓 (Legislative Council Complex), where an avant-garde of protesters first defaced the Emblem of Hong Kong, and then fixed a British colonial flag to the parliament podium.
