Instead I am just wondering if the Women’s World Chess Championship match (the Knockout Reunification Showdown) will be ever played there again. The heralds of the kingdom had refused to equate men’s and women’s World Chess Championship systems because – “proof in hand” – with an equal system it would have been harder and harder to get sponsors. So they solved the issue drastically and, waiting for a loan from Uncle Scrooge, they succeeded in demonstrating scientifically that the gender inequality was in absolute the best of the best criteria for not getting any sponsorships.
Whoever will be the next to climb the kingdom’s ladder will have to think seriously about that. |
