After 22. ... bxc5 23. Bxc5 Qb8 24. Bxf8 (24. Bd4 Nfd7 25. f4 Bxe4! 26. fxe5 Qa8 27. Bf1 Rc8 28. Qe3 h6=) 24. ... Kxf8 25. Kh1 almost all of Black's moves look forced: 25. ... g5!? 26. b3! Qc7 27. Bb5 Nfd7 28. Rc1 Nb8 29. b4 axb4 30. Qxb4+ Kg7 31. a5 the passed Pawn gives White excellent winning chances in the ending.
