Missing Chinese movie star 范冰冰 (Fàn Bīngbīng) (pictured above) has broken her silence posting on her 微博 (Wēibó) account a contrite letter of apology to all her admirers, in which she admits of feeling deep remorse for her wrongdoing, solemnly promising to accept all the decisions of the State Administration of Taxation, and thus formally engaging herself in doing “everything possible to overcome any difficulties, raise funds, and pay taxes and fines”.
