Today, at Associazione Culturale “Il Delta della Luna”, the Saturday chess960 rendez-vous was made more than usually interesting by a visit from two dancers, Caterina and Claudia, who seized the dance room to do their ballet rehearsals. Unsurprisingly, there was no conflict between sneakers and pointe shoes, and in the end Caterina and Claudia sat next to Giuditta — so far the only female chess star of the club — at the chess table, even if only in passing.
