All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others

A woman of 60 years old taking her turtle outside in Rome, Italy was fined €400 by a patrolling squad for breaking strict coronavirus lockdown. Had it been a dog instead of a turtle, there would have been no infringement on her part.
