嘟嘴 (Dūzuǐ) means duck face (idem to say a a pronounced pout in which the lips are thrust outwards, usually made by a person posing for a picture). The word 萌 (mèng) comes from Japanese animation, and is used to say something is very cute. 卖萌 (màiméng) (literally, to sell cuteness), means someone is pretending to be cute.
