On August 7, 2020, at the signing ceremony of the “International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base & Ant Technology Blockchain Innovation Centre (in progress)” which took place in 润州区 (Rùnzhōu District), 镇江 (Zhènjiāng), 江苏省 (Jiāngsū province), China, the municipal authorities awarded four-time Women’s World Chess Champion and Rhodes Scholar 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán), recently named Professor of the School of Physical Education, Normal College (Faculty of Education), 深圳大学 (Shēnzhèn University), a Letter of Appointment as a consultant for the social economic development of 润州区 (Rùnzhōu District).
