Very few people can afford to spend one night at the Four Season Hotel, downtown Florence, so, if needed, take a stop at the community garden in front of it and be ready to share a bed of grass with fairies, gnomes and goblins. |

Orti Dipinti
Today we paid a visit to Orti Dipinti, a sophisticated educational garden located in Borgo Pinti 76, downtown Florence, just in front of Four Seasons (grand) Hotel. However, unlike the Four Seasons, which is usually crowded by a highly respectable assemblage of plutocrats, the Orti Dipinti’s entrance is free and what it offers (silence, peace, loneliness, and rest) is a reasonable value for not mistaking the gate.
