Stolen Time
Serbian tennis star and world No. 1 Novak Đoković will be able to play at this year’s U.S. Open after the U.S. government announced that “the Administration will end the COVID-19 vaccine requirements for Federal employees, Federal contractors, and international air travellers at the end of the day on May 11”. The 22-time Grand Slam Champion had to miss last year’s tournament, as well as the Miami Open and the Indian Wells Masters, because of his unvaccinated status.

Behold a King
CNN anchor Becky Anderson asked Serbian tennis star Novak Đoković if he regrets not getting vaccinated against COVID-19, which caused him not to be allowed to enter the United States and play the 38th Miami Open. “No, I have no regrets”, the 22-time Grand Slam Champion answered. “I’ve learned through life that regrets only hold you back and basically make you live in the past and I don’t want to do that”. Curse of the King
In an anti-climactic decision, the U.S. administration denied Serbian tennis star and world No. 1 Novak Đoković entry to the United States because he is unvaccinated against COVID-19, thus preventing him from playing the 38th Miami Open next week. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis vainly called on U.S. President Joe Biden to drop the COVID-19 vaccination requirement for foreign travelers, so as to permit the 22-time Grand Slam Champion to enter the country.
