Tony Saccucci’s movie “Il Pugile del Duce” was featured in Rome, Italy. It narrates the mythic story of Leone Jacovacci, an Afro-Italian boxing champion who suffered from racial discrimination during the fascism, but who, thanks to his own strength and courage, put fascists down on their knees, until all hierarchs had to queue for watching his boxing matches, thus winning a moral victory which, unsurprisingly, earned him only... more racial hatred and vexations.
