Since 1873 the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge have already played 135 Varsity (chess) Matches, and Oxford is leading overall. So, it’s quite natural to guess that both the University of Oxford and the Oxford University Chess Club will take advantage of its newly student 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán) (pictured below right), who was just awarded the Rhodes Scholarship for 2018.
