Even this year four-time Women’s World Chess Champion and Rhodes Scholar 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán) will join the line-up of the German Club Chess Champion OSG Baden-Baden in the season 2019/2020 of the 39th German Schach Bundesliga which will start next month, she being in fact the only woman in an otherwise all-male team. Last year, 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán) could play for OSG Baden-Baden only four games a year, due to her work on her Master’s Degree in Education at the University of Oxford.
