The 3rd stage of the 6th Grand Chess Tour (GCT) is set to kick off in Zagreb, Croatia on July 7, 2021. 10+1 élite Grandmasters will compete in the Rapid & Blitz combined. Wildcards include two legendary World Chess Champions, Garry Kimovich Kasparov and Viswanathan Anand (pictured above, on top of the World Trade Center at New York in 1995), who will meet again each other at a board in the blitz tournament.
