Four-time Women’s World Chess Champion 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán) will spearhead the Quintessential Queens in the inaugural Chess Super League (CSL) which will take place online at chess.com from October 11–17, 2021, featuring six teams (the other five teams include Brutal Bishops, Krazy Knights, Pivotal Pawns, Ruthless Rooks, and The Kingslayers) of six players each — age and gender balanced — playing for a $54,000 prize pool in a round-robin and knockout playoffs format.
