Time to exchange gifts before Christmas lockdown. Olga and Viola came together and brought their heart up to Associazione Culturale “Il Delta della Luna”. We spoke of many things, including life and freedom, which in times so dark are perennially shadowed and undermined by the buffoonish rhetoric of sorcerer’s apprentices who feel no shame at making the deads talk (through social media séances) just to make everyone feel afraid of being alive. The hard days will come. The world will change, and not for the better. Poor little dancers, you’re only a small thing in the grand scheme of things, and you’ll make lots of faux pas, but in the end you’re gonna win your lives back, because you have to — and because you dance for your love of life. |
