The awards ceremony for the 2nd “一带一路” (“One Belt One Road”) Women’s World Chess Summit was celebrated in the gymnasium of the 西安市铁一中学 (Xī’ān Tiěyī Middle School) in 西安 (Xī’ān), 陕西省 (Shǎnxī province), China on Sunday, December 6, 2020. The coronation of the triumphant Queen, 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán), was honoured with the attendance of most prominent chess (and non-chess) officials as well as of the other three Chinese participants, namely, 雷挺婕 (Léi Tǐngjié), 谭中怡 (Tán Zhōngyí), and 赵雪 (Zhào Xuě), who, together with Her Majesty, gave a joint simultaneous exhibition (and handed prizes) to the most deserving students.
