The Regional Administrative Court of Lazio (Lazio TAR) suspended the killing of 140 pigs and wild boars, housed in the “Sfattoria degli Ultimi” at Rome, until September 12, a measure decided by the Local Health Authority (ASL) as a prophylaxis against the spread of swine fever. The Lazio TAR has in fact accepted the request for revocation of the decree of August 16, thanks to the preliminary integration and constant monitoring by the Local Health Authority. The collegiate council chamber is set for September 12 for the examination of the merits. |
