During the opening ceremony of the final of the Women’s Qualifying Tournament for the 19th Asian Games, no less than three Women’s World Chess Champions, 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán), 居文君 (Jū Wénjūn), and 谭中怡 (Tán Zhōngyí), as well as all other participants, paid homage to the newly crowned World Champion 丁立人 (Dīng Lìrén), who, although not present, was not absent from everyone’s thoughts.
