The Importance of Not Being Arcovazzi

Birstall, England: Members of the public pay tribute to Labour MP Helen Joanne “Jo” Cox one week after she was killed by a far-right extremist, in Birstall, West Yorkshire. As maybe you know, rising from her seat for Labour, Jo became a campaigner on issues relating to the Syrian Civil War, and founded and chaired the all-party parliamentary group Friends of Syria; an obituary appearing in The Independent on the day of her death described her as having “campaigned tirelessly for refugees”. We are far more in common with each other than things that divide us.
