One of Banksy’s new murals, featuring a rodent sipping a cocktail in a deckchair, has been vandalised just hours after it appeared on a wall at North Beach, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England. A spokeswoman for the East Suffolk Council said: “We are naturally appalled that someone has chosen to damage one of the pieces of Banksy artwork in Lowestoft in such a selfish and mindless way.
