One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest

As you maybe know, these days the Associazione Culturale “Il Delta della Luna”, like all other dance studios in Florence, is unable to provide its associates with its best services, due to the severe anti-coronavirus measures enforced by the authorities. It’s a sad thing when schools, libraries, theatres, hotels, bakeries, and ice creameries are off limits by decree, while supermarkets, commercial centres and pharmacies are taken by assault by crowds of scared people. It’s not easy to understand why certain places are dangerous, and why others are not. Today, on a lonely Saturday afternoon, however, a few friends, moved by a strong sense of belonging to their favourite chess960 club, came and parked their bikes inside the hall. And then, open doors, clean the floors, change the air and wash your hands.
