A smiling 丁立人 (Dīng Lìrén) shares his post-game impressions with 侯逸凡 (Hóu Yìfán) for the Chinese TV box. “My opponent played the opening very quickly, accumulating a hour advantage on the clock. I don’t know where exactly he went wrong, or what he’s mixed up in. The result was a very strange position, which I did not like too much, and I also was feeling disturbed by the rapidity of his play. But eventually I somehow managed to win it. I do my best not to think about past defeats and play each game as a new one”, he said.
