Twenty-one dance schools in Livorno, Italy addressed a joint petition to the City Council denouncing the “disastrous situation” caused by the countrywide government-enforced curfew due to coronavirus. The so-called “ministerial order”, in fact, does not contemplate any financial aid nor assistance to non-profit dance organisations which sustain themselves only on the fees of their associates.
